Those jokers. Tourist attraction. |
These were pictures taken via my lens in the rally held in Penang. It was very peaceful and smooth. An estimated crowd of 10 000 participants took part. Had a great time meeting some great minds there. It was a good opportunity to share and exchange ideology and understanding. I actually learned a lot of things. I went alone but made a few new friends. Coincidentally, met my Public Law lecturer. Happy that people now have started thinking. It is good to show the people's power to the government once in a while. This was a whole new experience for me. I am not "pro" government nor opposition, I am just a keen observer, I like to observe things, to see and know how things work/go on, to understand the ideology and people's perception on the country, ruling party, electoral system and such.

Bersih 3.0 Kuala Lumpur |
I think the Bersih 3.0 rally would have NOT turned ugly if the relevant department just authorised this event and without the interference of the Police/FRU.
Best example, the rally in #Penang was all peaceful and smooth, just because no authority interfered.
