New Court Rules 2012

How many of us are aware of this new crucial changes in the Malaysian Legal System. This system has been applied for the past 63 years. 

Starting 1 August 2012, all Magistrate Courts, Sessions Courts and High Courts will be using single Court Rules replacing Subordinate Courts Rules and High Court Rules.

This combine Court Rules is more simple and to unify standard procedure of both courts.

Kaedah-Kaedah Mahkamah 2012

Adalah dimaklumkan bahawa Jawatankuasa Kaedah-Kaedah yang ditubuhkan di bawah seksyen 17 Akta Mahkamah Kehakiman 1964 dan seksyen 3 Akta Kaedah Mahkamah Rendah 1955 yang terdiri daripada wakil Badan Kehakiman, Jabatan Peguam Negara, Majlis Peguam, Persatuan Peguam Sarawak, Persatuan Undang-Undang Sabah dan dipengerusikan oleh YAA Ketua Hakim Negara telah memperkenalkan Kaedah-Kaedah Mahkamah 2012 (Rules of Court 2012)bagi menggantikan Kaedah-Kaedah Mahkamah Tinggi 1980 (Rules of the High Court 1980) dan juga Kaedah-Kaedah Mahkamah Rendah 1980 (Subordinate Courts Rules 1980). Kaedah Mahkamah baru menggabungkan Kaedah-Kaedah yang terpakai bagi kes sivil di Mahkamah Tinggi dan Mahkamah Rendah.

Tujuan Kaedah-Kaedah Mahkamah 2012 ini dibuat adalah untuk memudahkan dan menyeragamkan prosedur sivil di Mahkamah serta meningkatkan mutu penyampaian sistem keadilan di Malaysia. Diantara ciri-ciri baru yang dibuat ialah;

i) prosidur sivil di Mahkamah Tinggi dan Mahkamah Rendah diseragamkan dan dipermudahkan. 

ii)  untuk pertama kalinya, teks sahih bagi kaedah-kaedah ini dibuat dalam Bahasa Malaysia.

iii) cara memulakan kes di Mahkamah telah dipermudahkan daripada 4 cara kepada hanya 2 cara iaitu melalui writ saman (writ of summons) atau saman pemula (originating summons) sahaja.

iv) permohonan interlokutori di kedua-dua Mahkamah diseragamkan dengan hanya menggunakan notis permohonan dan tidak lagi saman dalam kamar (summons in chambers)

Can girls propose to Boys??

Girls proposing to guys is so rare that when it happens people tend to think she is desperate. It has been like a customary thing that only guys should propose. I still don't see people with the mentality that girl proposing is normal thing, out of love and then they argue gender equality plak.

It's okey to have sex, use condoms.

To begin with,

 The baby dumping refers to discarding or leaving alone, for an extended period of time, a child younger than 12 months of age in a public or private setting with the intent to dispose of the child.

The issue of foetus/baby dumping is something that is not foreign to us any more. We come across this issue daily so I don't see a reason for me to write long on the moral and legal obligation of this issue. 

Having said that, the main reason of baby dumping is due to pre-marital sex. Because the young parents are not financially steady to bring up the child and worried about being discriminated by the society. Every child is a gift from god, we being human has no rights to deprive the baby from a right to life.  

Some statistics found online. 

To my logic it is impossible for us to reduce premarital-sex. Sexual education is just some bullshit. They never work. We are from a generation where we experiment everything we learn, we conduct "test" on what we learn. 

Having see and read all this facts how could one youngster not have sex. Sex is like a total exercise for the body with maximum enjoyment/fun. Its hard to control, that's the reality! Talk some sense, we come across sex /seductive scenes in movie's all the time  and Yeah, recently the case of Anwar Ibrahim alleged to be having sex with some prostitute in some hotel room and those retarded news channels kept showing the clip below repeatedly. 

News on the television being rates as 'U' - (viewable by all w/out age restrictions) where the DUCK is the censorship you morons?! Set a side political agendas, did they; the news broadcaster ever thought of those kids and teenagers who might be watching the news at that point of time and how this might affect them? and we blame the movies?

 To my rational, the best way to eradicate this problem is by urging the use of condom. It is okey to have safe sex than killing an innocent baby, which is pure cruelty! There are only 3 reasons for one not to use a condom. 

1.  The shy feeling to buy a condom. Well illustrated in the video below. Thanks to the advancement of technology, one can now buy condoms online : http://www.condoms.my/products.php?cat=24 

2. Having sex w/out any planning, or in a rush maybe. - You people need to learn the art of "controlling" - If you know what I mean.

3, One could not afford to buy a condom! 

 So for those with this problem :- 

 - Do send a memorandum to the government to reduce the price of condoms,       subsidise maybe. 

 - Try borrowing some money from your friends or family. 

 - If you still could't find a way, do contact me. I'll sponsor free condoms. 

For you it might just be, one in a million sperms or nine months of not suffering from periods but for us who care, its a child's life which no money in the world could ever compensate!
